Magnetic steering
Wireline magnetic tool behind the bit, read at the rig every joint. The standard for most crossings and the lowest cost per foot.
Use it whenOpen ground, little steel or power nearby, coil access on the surface.
Gyro steering
Gyroscopic tool that takes no reading from the earth's magnetic field, so interference does not move your line.
Use it whenRail, sheet pile, parallel pipelines, power corridors, or the spec calls for gyro.
Coil tracking
Surveyed surface coil that gives an independent position check on the downhole tool as you drill.
Use it whenTight exit windows, existing lines to miss, long bores where error stacks up.
Bore design
Profile and segment table from your entry and exit points, straight out of the client's CAD or from lidar. Stakeout points your surveyor can load.

The drilled path, tabulated and drawn against the design, ready for the owner's closeout package.

Consulting
A second set of eyes on a hard crossing before you bid it or when it is going wrong.

We check the design, build the segment table, and flag anything that will not drill.

Table and drawing delivered after pullback, in the format the owner wants.
